Hey, I'm Cavey. I am a Filmmaker living in Brighton.  

 

I began my creative journey as a Dancer, then a Musical Theatre Performer, and finally swapped over to filmmaking in 2020. Over the past Six Years Ive experienced Corporate videography, Music videos, Been on  Tours and to Festivals, shot in Recording studios and made travel films in Kerkyra, Calpe, Paris, Edinburgh and The Ogwen Valley.

In the past I have worked with  Sky, Elstree Studios, National Trust,  The British Library, Salvation Studios  and  The British Film Institute, for clients in Los Angeles, London, Brighton, Lagos, Shetland, Bordeaux and Pembrokeshire.

in 2021, I directed a documentary for Sky Studios Elstree, in collaboration with ESA Productions and Elstree Studios on the History of Cinema in North London, and I've had two of my short films screened at the BFI Southbank.

Living in Brighton, I have studied Adventure Filmmaking at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David and Directing Fiction at MetFilm Brighton, where I started to build a name for myself in the Brighton Independent Music Scene.  Since then I have grown my live shooting skills and Editorial Photography, with work for The Beach House Sessions, Salvation Studios, Bleach Lab, Die Twice, Grace Bridie and many more.  I  aspire to be capable of filming in any environment on the planet, and plan on telling stories for the rest of my life.
